I made a light weight storage shelf specifically designed around some plastic bins at Lowe’s. I used lap joinery for 2x material cut so as to make 1/2 x 1-1/2 framing material and the. 1/8” plywood sheathing. The unit hasn’t held up as well as I’d hoped, I think I mowed some staple hits though. I’ll repair with steel reinforcements. Had to take doors off to get it in, but it went well and has been a significant help in our storage situation.

I put a picture in the media.

Good idea. One definitely learns what it means to be a minimalist when having a truck camper. At the end of every season I look at what I used and what I didn’t during camping season. If it was not used, I take a hard look at removing it from the camper. Amazing what we can do without and what is not necessary!
